I need to get more memory for my Dell, but I have found out that only Dell sells this kind of memory? Any other options???

You can buy either or at staples or best buy.Dont listen to the dell tech guys.

Yes, you can either ram at staples. I have a dell as well, it all works fine.

Its probably Rambus. Find out for sure what kind of memory. Milwaukee PC will have what you need. That is where I get all of my shit. Their prices rock!

how much can you get DDR PC2100 512mb sticks for? I just bought 2 from MPC for $40/stick. I need more. What about 1 gig sticks?

PC 800 is Rambus, you can get it through Milwaukee PC. Check with Dan (Wkd94f150) because he gets government rate.

well I can only get Dell factory memory for the Dells. If you want generic memory then I woudl go with Darrells Milwaukee PC idea, but if the PC is under warranty, putting in memory that is not from Dell will void the warranty.

honestly 40 for a half gig stick of ddr ram? do you get some sort of deal cuz thats an awsome price....if no deals im going there right now...i just had a 256 stick die on me. Oh yeah is that for pc or laptop?
