I'm going to the auto show on the 15th. Anyone want me to check something out for them? I really want to see the the Challenger and the Camaro. I kinda want to see the '07 Charger SRT8 Super Bee but I know it's just a decal package, and it will still have 4-doors.

It looks sooooo kick ass in person. I'll be saving my GM card points and pennies until they finally built it.
The Challenger was pretty good looking as well as the Shebly GT500
I am gonna post pics tommorrow. I was there today.

Went yesterday. Mainly went to see the Challenger and Camaro concepts but was surprised by all the 06/07 Dodge Charger mods. There were some by American Racing, DUB, and Foose. I've not been a big fan of the new Charger but the mods made it look pretty cool. I really liked the Dodge Charger SRT-8 Super Bee. Anyway there was a lot of cool stuff and I took some pictures and posted them here...

Yeah good shot! You almost have to flash a gun to get people out of the way to take a picture.

I went Friday. The show was awesome. The Jeep off-road experience was cool, but the SRT Chrysler ride was even better I thought. Got to ride in a SRT8 Charger. They had an acceleration and braking test section. They had sandpaper strips on the cement so they wouldn't spin. The acceleration of the car was great and I didn't think the guy was going to stop in time to avoid hitting the wall. Our driver was a Skip Barber instructor and he gave us one hell of a good ride. I'd say Chrysler had the best display by far at the show. I really hate saying this because I'm really not a big fan of that mark.
Hate to admit this, but after actually seeing the cars in person: of the pony concept cars (Shelby Mustang, Camaro, Challenger) I liked the Challenger the best. That thing was awesome.
Sports cars: Z06 vs. Viper SRT8 coupe. The Viper was on the floor, but they wouldn't let anyone sit it in. The Z06 was open and powered up ready to sit in. The Z06 interior really impressed me. They have made a definite improvement with the new model. 505 hp and 3,100 lbs. Hmm I need a test drive.

I think I like the stang the best.....I can afford that.
I cannot afford the new Z06!

Well you go buy the Stang and then we'll race.
Wait I have a better idea. You go and test drive the new Shelby Stang and I'll test drive a new Z06. We'll meet up on a back road and see which car is faster.
