Why ladder bar?

If your that far into it, 4 Link is infinatly better.

Dont let all the adjustments scare you, many people could tell you where you need the IC to be. Then can be changed for combo changes.

Had ladder bar in daytona and never had enough adjustment with it. New car I got is ladder bar and not looking forward to that either. Still considering doing the swap yet.

Chris Alston Chassisworks is the bomb just call them and tell them what set up your going for and theyll work with ya on it. They charge like $9.00 for a catalog but its definitely money well spent... lots of great info and tons of different combo set ups and options. :usa: :thumbs_up

After thinking about this, you have a fox body Mustang right? There really is no need to spend the time and money on a ladder bar or 4 link. Put a Team Z kit in it and be done with it. There are guys in the 7s with stock suspension Mustangs on a 10.5 slick and drag radials as well.

Yep can be done. But I wouldnt want to bracket race something like that. But if your not going to be at the track trying to win championships there is definatly easier routes to take, may not be any cheaper though, hard to tell.

Why not? Alot of the NMRA cars are more consistent than alot of bracket cars around here. I don't understand what ladder bars or a 4 link has to do with it. These guys are also at the track trying to win championships.

Well I guess it depends on which bracket cars you are comparing it to. 4 link will always be a better choice than bolt on components. Not saying you cant make other components work either, but to each his own.

How much money and time testing do those NMRA cars have on their suspensions? Quite a bit im guessing, plus the knowledge of what to do with different track conditions, adjustable stall convertors, retarding of timing etc....

Do what you guys want what do I know :wall:
