Does anyone here know someone that is experienced with porting Pontiac heads that wouldn't rape me to have a set of heads done.

If you can get them to chicago I can hook you up. My engine builder specializes in them. What heads?

They are 6X-4's and yes I can get them down there if need be.

Dan Whitmore, if he even does them still..I think he said he could get +75 HP from a set of d-ports. I think your on the pontiaczone forums, type in his name should bring up some info.

Call up butler performance and order a set of cnc'd edelbrocks......Its a knippen port design they pay to have done.

I would buy a set of Eddy heads long before sticking money into stock junk. I could have 2 sets of RPM heads for the coin I have in my iron heads.

if your into RSD type of racing, your alum heads wont get you any spots like a stock head will. 1 good race & you made up the $ differnce between the 2.

Right you are, but dont forget I have a mopar or slopar as we like to call them. I think Dcon can back me up here. A stock big block mopar head is lucky to see 300 intake cfm on a fully ported casting. The exhaust numbers are too embarrassing to reveal!

yeah that sucks, but we are talking pontiac heads not stock mopar stuff.

There are d-ports in the 9s on hp. Thats a max effort head though. If you have round ports done well you are better off yet.
