I am lookingh at a 1983 Olds delta 88 royale brougham, it got a 307 and an automatic, but I dont know what kind. I cant find out what model the trans is, or if it a 3 speed or an overdrive trans. Anyone know what it would be assuming it is original?

What does the pan look like? The shape of the pan will tell what trans it is.

mine came with a 200r with overdrive. it now has 3 speed turbo 350

yeah.. its a t350, finally got around to lookin on sunday. But i might be lookin for a new trans soon, cause it slips when it cold sometimes, but ill drive it till it blows, jus not gonna do any reverse drops or anything.
