REMEMBER THE ORANGE NOVA!!!!!

Does anyone remember the orange Nova from GB that the guy crashed 2 years ago on the street. Well it was a 8 second car and and he lost control and rolled it over.

Well he rebuilt it and was at the track today. It was really neat to see him racing again after such a bad deal. Now the car is flat black and it looks as AWESOME as ever. I saw him make his first pass, without N2O and he ran 10.1 . It was really impressive.

2nd pass he backed it up with a 10.teen too. that car is CLEAN.

Yup, he crashed it because he was testing his parachute out on the street and it got caught on a telephone pole or something and totalled the whole car and broke his back. If I heard correctly that is a different car.

i thought it was a whole new car too, but i'm not sure.

he definatley needs more clearance for his tires. the quarters were eating the crap out of his tires. but, for real.............that car is NICE.

What size tires is he running? Is this car tubbed also?

I saw him at the Wed. Cruise in while I was up. From what I was told yes it is a new car with the old engine. Definately sounded good. Yes it is tubbed.

Thats Nick's good buddy. Nick told me the other Nova body was junked, but he took all the parts off that car and put them on this new Nova.
Yeah, he was testing his parachute, car got sideways and he hit a culvert.

I would really like to see this car.
