Torque specs for 302?

What are the torque specs for:
Rod caps
Mains
Head bolts
intake bolts

For a 85 2 bolt 302?

Also does anyone have an extra Mech. fuel pump cam that bolts to the cam for a 302?

Oh, and anyone have a frost plug kit for a 302?

After about 4 hours today (just to get the lower end together) I realized how much easier it is to work on a honda 4 banger. :D:

rods - 19-24 ft. lbs
mains - 40-45 ft. lbs
heads - 65-72 ft. lbs
intake - 23-25 ft. lbs

Yeah but the 4 banger is only 1/2 the work. I will look for an ecentric, I might have one laying around in the tool box yet.

Yes, that is the name!! Fuel pump ecentric! LOL I couldn't remember that for the life of me last night.

4 banger is half the work. It took me like and hour just to put the rings on all the pistons. lol
