I saw a local guy with a tubbed big block Malibu( he painted Jim's car I guess)
and I said " you should run at RSD." I told him and another guys this. There response was I have no one will race me. I said I would run him and give him a head start if he wanted. He asked what I have and I told him just a Mustang with a 302 he made fun of Fords for a minute,then he said my E. T. is on the window....so I checked it out and came back and said How much do you want to run for I will give you a head start. He didn't like that much.
Maybe he will come blow me away at Aug RSD. I can't wait.

And of course he made fun of Fords, I ran into a lady tonight @ a high school grad party and got in a big debate with her. She finally turns and walks away saying I better leave before I really get myself into something here. I wanted her to pull out her car and she wouldn't tell me what it was. Someone later told me it is a Chevelle.
Whatever....anyone can say anything they want about mustangs or Fords for that matter. Show me a chevy that can do it with as few cubes. I know I know I am opening a whole can of worms.......
I had the same conversation with this big badass biker guy they call Rich Toll here in FDL. Apperently he has some badass Pontiacs. (It's a fact though). He went round and round with me and my uncle about sb fords. Then I told him it's all junk and he agreed with me. But when he was walking away I got the last word in. (the best time to mouth off to a guy that looks like he could eat you.) I said, " Hey big bad Pontiac Man, Fords are better." Then I ran and hid.

Rich Toll has a cool car but it is stuck in the stone age. The car goes like mid 11s. A mild 5 liter Mustang with a small nitrous kit would have Rich chasing his tail down the race track.

I had this same discussion with Rich stock in stone age doesn't even some it up.

That is funny! Yep it was a blue two tone sort of.
It was my friends old car 12 years ago he built it. That guy acted like he built it. He said he wants to race Chuck too. He asked me how fast you were and I said I don't know you very good....

If it was two tone light blue on top, dark on the bottom, he races it on Sat. nite brackets with us in Hot Rod. It isn't that quick for a backhalved car. Of course it is Chevy powered.... :funyshit:

oh, believe me, chuck will be racing him!!!!! and he'll be looking at a set of tailights too. if he thought the black car beat him bad last year, he's gonna be crying after this one.

I have two stages that can be jetted up to 500hp each. :720: It's just a matter of how far the car will run down the track without leaving pieces behind. :cus:

I know Brian pretty good, he has a 540 in it from Schultz's hot rod car last year. I aint skeered. He is still having problems getting it to hook, but when it does he breaks things ala Mike418. It will be quick when he gets it sorted out, until then who knows. :typer: ?

Yeah his car is running faster than that now I beleive. He's a great guy and I can't say a bad thing about him, but he's a hippy and he admits it. him and my uncle.

Ive seen that car. I cant for the life of me remember his name though. It'll come to me. LT454 or some shit on the plates, old dude thinks he's big shit. Saw him and his wife cruising just the other day in the "Street Machine" as it says in vinyl.
