Yes Jim, those are lifters ticking. I had my Explorer running while I was video taping. My Explorer has a slight lifter tick :D:

sea foam works too. i think maybe you should think about changing your oil too, i have lots of 3000mile oil in stock also have other styles depending on how thin you want it 5000miles 6000miles or i can change my oil in my corsica witch has 11,000mile oil in it. what do you perfer it's cheap.

I have some 16,000 oil I just took out of my Corsica.
