ok before anyone gets smart assed about thisit WAS this way when i bought it!!!!


ok the trans leaks everywhere shop said loks like pan gasket but i add fliud and some times it will just puke some out.IT allso shifts like shyt! it wil take 3-4 seconds for it to engauge second with my foot 3/4-fully in it...im puzzled as to why it does this i had a th350 in my cutlass with half a million miles on it and it still shifted firm

It probably got low on fluid from leaking and then someone beat the hell out of it and burnt the clutches up.

its been acting this way ever since i got the truck just the leaks fot worse no instead of adrip here and there

Bluebird hit the nail on the head. Chances are it was run hard while it was low on fluid and now the trans is junk.
