what a hell of a night!!!!!!!!! lost in the 5th round (quarter finals) to george fuller. i went red -.024. i got the bye run in round 2 but had to race rick johnson and beat him. used my bye in round 3. drew petty in round 4 (he went red -.001 to my .020)
we go to round 5. it's me, rick fuller, george fuller, chad lynch, and ron flagel. (me george and rick already had byes) the bye went to chad lynch. rick beat flagel, and goerge beat me.
round 6 was the 2 fullers and lynch. george go the bye, and rick beat chad.
round 7 (final) rick cuts an .019 and takes his dad out for the win. what a night!!!!!!!!!!! it was awesome that team schonscheck/anderson finally went some rounds again!!!!!!!.

It's just amatter of hangin in there through the frustration of close losses. Sooner or later when your doing things right and trying the best you can the pendulum will swing in your direction. Way to go Hotrod. I'm proud of you hangin in there.

Super Job! You got around some though guys too. That's always good for the confidence, huh? Boy, must have been the biggest amount of cars of the year if it was 7 rds to win. Were the other classes that full too? Congrats again...........oh, and now Chuck has to do his part by buying the beer. LOL :bna :bna :bna :bna

top was running thier final when hot rod was doing semi's, and everyone elso was done. i'm not sure on the total hot rod count, but i did hear them say something on the pa about 240+ cars total in all classes for the day.

almost forgot................
mike james went 11.0 last night and walt judy was running 10.60's and i think even some 10.40's with his turbo 6. the wheels up launches that car made were awesome!

no problem ralph. it was good finally really "meeting" you. i had a good time bs'ing with you last wednesday too. bench racing is just as fun as racing sometimes.
