Yes sir!!
It's about the cars, not how fast they are. I really love my cars, I spend more time working on them then most men spend with their wives. But really, I didn't want a pissing match with this guy. Just some fun and it turned into a soap-opera that is a waste of Bandwith......
But like I have said I had a stang and loved that too, but these cars have AWD, and are a lot more challenging to make them fast. But I will always like the stangs, 90 LX is my favorite.

9.08 @ 158 mph still won't get the job done.......but is very impressive for that car!!!!

Ducktape, your car looks pretty cool for a rice machine! Give us some details.

Thanks,
The two Galants I own, one was buily by Mofugus in MI and the other by myself and a few friends from AMS in IL and people from Waterotwn. Both have cages and both have similer setups; similer as in both have air to liquid intercoolers, one has J@E pistons the other has Ross, both have t-70 turbos, both have 85lb injectors, both have standalone managment EFI systems(Black car has a Haltech the grey car has a SDS), ect, ect. But other than that I like them just because they are rare here is some more info about Galant vr-4's:

WOW! You mean you actually did some work on it and didn't just put a fart can and stickers on? Might have to come out to Plymouth to see this car some day.

heheh yes I know the stereotype... No cannons here :D: and you can see form the pics I posted earlier I don't have any stickers. But that would be great if you and or guys from this site could swing on by. I live just off 67 in Plymouth and there are lots of roads to go out and have fun on, twistes and some straights. And I live 6 miles form Road America if you want to see the races or take your cars on the track, I will be having a cookout on Sept. 20th here in Plymouth, WIDSM and ILDSM are going to be here as well as some people from St. Loius, MN, and many different cars came last time, few stangs, a GN, and lots of DSM's. Some pictures from earlier this summer, when I lived in Watertown:
http://widsm.axialmatrix.com/pictures/gallery/
And not one of the cars had a cannon that i remember, we are the older of the DSMers so no need for that kindof stuff, email me if you have any intrest in coming- free beer, brats, ect....

Hey Ducktape. I have to insert foot in mouth. The guy I raced was from Madtown. Car looks just like yours, dark silver paint and all. Was showing off a 470 dyno sheet and talking mad shit. So, if it wasnt you, I apologize. Oh, and just for the Record, I'm a DSM guy as well(see sig).

Good to hear you into DSM's. Yeah it wasn't me, besides the few people I know my cars don't get much "talk" time, I like to keep a very low profile when it comes to talk and such. I think the most I have mentioned about my cars to anyone has been on this site, yes I have pictures on a few sites and my car was featured on a few but no real detals where given. Really I was just defending myself. The cars are good sleepers, noone expects to have a "grandma's car" spin all fours when going into third ;). The grey car I have hasn't been to Madtown yet, but I hear East Wash. isn't to bad for street racing. I took the grey car to HWY 100 a few times, but besides a TA with a supercharger I didn't get much "real" action. Crap loads of rice. Could have been becasue it was in the winter also.... And the DSM's down there vary, some have some decent mods, but most have a boost controller and a K@N and they think they as fast as hell. I realize why people trash DSM's and Galants, but once in a while you find a fast one.......
