well i put the other head on the conquest..turns out it was warped..ran ran fine fer about 10 minutes then noticed that thre was coolant running out from block/head area..pulled it back into the garage and there she sits.
so here is the thing.I looked at my other head and there is no rockers on it or cam #2 intake valve isnt shut all the way so i tapped it lightly so so if it would shut..flipped head back over and was pushing down on all the valves to see if they moved they all moved except #2 intake soooooo that would mean the valve is bent right
this head is the one from the motor i blew...in put guys?

i know i know i know!!! im trying too buy someone hasnt answered his p.m. yet!! and i love my conquest its fun to drive(when it runs)i have fath in it..and besides i cant give up untell its got a big motor in cough v8 cough cough ahem sorry hadda cough lol

Use a valve from the warped head, and put it in the bent valves place.

buy one of mine then, iam broke dude, iam 22, not very rich, i have some serious short blocks, well two, and i could take parts off my 396 and put them in, but i want a motor that is everything i want, and if i can't sell my camaro before winter, iam doing it, otherwise hopefully my camaro sells cause i want to get to my nova, but like you chevelle, the nova will be a few years in the making, the camaro, is ready for the motor swap, along with some chassis upgrades, possibly a role cage, anyways, thats why

If you want to build the Nova, don't waste a dime on the Camaro. Sell it as is and stick all of your money, blood, sweat and tears into the car you want to build and do it the right way the first time. It will save you tons of cash in the long run.

short block with heads, valve covers, soooo that means, block, crank, bearings, oil pan, rods, pistons, have heads, roller rockers, lifters, cam, bolt kits, valve covers, i need an intake, carb, then crank pulley, p/s pump/ pulley, alternator, starter, headers, exhaust, waterpump, and a few spots, lol, anyways, i have a 468, and a 540, the 540 not for sale, the camaro with the 396 and the 468 is

Its just that, a blue turd. 91 Mustang GT. Nothing special. It has parts from Stransky's old car in it. Like the rear axle, transmission, heads, headers, and a few other little parts. I firgured it would be more streetable than my other car but I was dead wrong. It is streetable, but the wipers on my red car work much better and the passenger side power window rolls up alot smoother.

ok darrel i would love the take the blue turd off your hands but ya see the problem is...i had acell bill go to collections last fall (us cellular sent it 3 days before i went to pay it and it got jacked waaayy up so i doubt i can get any kind of loan right now seeing that i have my loan from my eclipse(2500) that got transferd to the conquest and apersonal loan too..beleave me man if i could take that car off your hands i would do it in a heart beat!!!!ok ppl no more high jacking my thread!! damnit! lol
