We'll I think my next speed part might just have to be a garage for me to work on my stuff. I am working now and my wife passed her state board exam for Cosmetology so she is working 2 jobs now also. We might actually get caught up a bit for once.

My question is...About how much will it cost for a 30x24?? or a 30X36???

I'll finish and wire it later, I just want the concrete poured and the thing put up. I could do most of it myself, but I don't really have the time anymore.

Anyone know about how much it would be???

I think I will be much faster if I could actually take shit apart and leave it apart overnight and didn't have to go down into my basement everytime I need a tool or run for cover when it rains...my quality of work and craftsmanship will be much better.

I did all the research already because I am putting up a garage within the next year (if we get the house).

Menards sells 24x36 kits with three windows a man door two 9x9 garage doors and a garage door opener, 10 foot side walls with sisor truss's for the lift is 7500.00 plus 1000.00-1500.00 for all the cement 500.00-700.00 for electrical 300.00 for insulation and a extra 1000.00 for tools and extras for working on your cars that you don't tell your wife about.

The lift is around 3000.00-3600.00

garage comes with all siding windows doors shingles eves and whatnot.

around here they wanted like $3500-$4000 for the cement and that included me doing the excavating. Who can get me some hook ups?

i'm just getting ready to pour my concrete patio. it's about 15'x20'. it cost me $125 for a bob cat rental.........my bro-in-law did all the digging ect.........$185 for gravel for that and my pad along side my garage for my trailer.........that was a full quad axel load though. and i'm thinking about 8 yards of concrete. that should be more than enough but at $85/yard that = $680.
