PCV valve

I think this was discussed before, but i can't find the thread. I got some new valve covers for my engine, and they come with one hole in each for a breather and fill cap, but no hole for a PVC valve. Is one breather all i need or should i put another hole in one to run a PVC? I'd really hate to drill and extra hole in these things since there billet and weren't cheap.

Run a vacuum pump. Negative crankcase pressure seals rings and equals horsepower. Besides, vacuum pumps look cool.

Can you adapt the PCV to the breather hole ?

I use the breather hole as my fill hole and then use the other hole for my pcv valve. All you have to do is get the right sized rubber grommets

i dunno i just run 2 breathers no pcv??? make shure the are baffeled though

i don't run a pcv either, just 2 breathers.

you should have some type of pcv system, it helps keep moisture from building up, ive seen several engines that people have just put 2 breathers in the valve covers and after a season there is milky oil/water mixture building up in the valve covers and engine valley,

i run fabricated covers that i had to drill all my own holes, put pcv on one side and not drill another hole and breather on other side, completely cured any leaks i had

I think i'll run it using the breather as the filler and run the PVC to the filler hole.

Sucks i can't run my cool billet filler cap. :cry:
