legal??? what??

Im putting the question out to the masses whats legal now I know that one needs all the safty equip.(turn sig,brake lts,headlits,horn,wipers) but in wisconsin do you need a parking brake on an automatic car??what about a heater or just the blower motor? Ive been told (by friends ) that you do not need an e brake (on an auto car ) ,and you need at least a blower motor(to run your defroster). Any help would be great. Thanks :fridge: :fridge:

Run what you need. If you don't need wipers or heater / defroster that get rid of them, i think the only way the state or cops would bitch is if you need to have the car inspected before you could register it (for instance if its a builder with a prior salvage title.) that or if your gonna take your DL test with it, then you'll have problems.

If you don't have a parking brake...like me..don't park on any hills !!!!

I have been getting away with no heater or wipers for many moons. Same goes for side exit exhaust.

Don't know about the e-brake though, my car has one (4 gears).

Leave the wipers and squirters on if a cop pulls you over you could get a ticket for not having them on. Its the law, my cousin got a warning for not having neither.
