Byron and Union Grove Events

I was wondering if anyone knows what the entry and payout is for the ET portion of Union Groves' IHRA Pro Am race Sept. 12 and 13 and ET Breaks. Also on Byron's website they have the Sat. and Sunday payouts, is the Monday show, Labor Day weekend, the same as Sunday? Any info will be appreciated. Randy

Hey Randy, I am pretty sure byron will pay 1k, 5k, 1k check it out on their site...

For the ET event at the Pro am at GLD it will at least be 1k more than likely a bunch more. I just checked my newest Drag Review and it doesnt have it in there yet. Keep checking www.ihra.com they will have it on there.

Thanks Kevin, I was kind of surprised that it's 1k on Monday of the Byron meet. Back in the day.......... Monday was at least as much as Sat. if not more. I'm really looking forward to the Grove race. I wish there wasn't the buy backs though. It adds so much more time to get the event completed. But it also adds to the cash register at the track. That's alright too. I think my ol buddy Alex is going to have his cookout again this year. Drinks optional.:D:

Randy... go to the Byron website...they are paying HUGE this weekend.
2k 5k 5k....and people wonder why KK doesnt get the cars anymore. I know they are not racing but even when they are they cant compete with the payouts of the grove adn Byron. Besides I think most will agree they like the idea of racing for points 2 days in a row a few times a month rather than every stinking saturday.

Thanks Kevin! They must have just changed the payout on Monday. Plus the et break goes all the way down to 13.99. HHHMMMMMM, even a pokey 13 second Camaro can race for 5K. Not bad. Yea, the every Saturday thing has been really tough this summer, there is just getting so much stuff going on with the boys and every other thing that goes on which seems like every damn weekend.Sometimes it's like beating my head against the wall. Ouch! Hopefully I'll get the car out this weekend. Randy:shft:
