Whats it like around central WI, Ive noticed in Rapids there are more Imports, Lowriders and Bikes these days, Ive even "converted" over to the "sportbike" side. What used to be almost nightly races is like once a year now.

HA HA , you know Pelot, always talking, he didnt show?? I see he has the slicks on, and the last I heard he was racing some talon?? How many cars were out. I cant really say much anymore, I got rid of the car, my bike with NOS is fun enough!

no one was out but if pelot would have shown we were suposed to go get the guy who owns the talon so he could school pelot agian

he really beat pelot, how depressing!! What excuse did he have this time?? So the talon is fast or pelot is slow?? (did he have the little 14" street tires on the first time?)

the talon ran a 12.49 missing third a kk the excuse was it wouldnt shift out of low no i dont now you personaly but i have been working in rapids for the last year heard about you and your brother which is jay if i am not mistaken who has a fast camaro

you didnt miss much, 10 -13 cars at the end, but it was fun. guess it runs 13.1's, not bad for a stock 4 banger( turbo)

didnt hear any one volunteer after car cruise in fact me and tom had a hard time finding any one that wanted to race all though the grand prix,doc,a grandnational,civic, and a mustang raced on f after the cops busted w where were you

I could actually have the Lincoln done this year yet. But it would leave me pretty strapped for cash. All I need is heads and intake, I have everything else. There was a handfull of fast cars that wanted to race...........but most of them went home after the cops showed.

Where were all the fast cars from Rapids, Marshfeild,and Neilsville this year??

I definatly agree, we need more people to stop downtown at shopko in point on the weekends. Last year it seemed like there was always races but now this year its once in a great while.

there are alot of fast cars here, but trying to get them out is a waste of time, their cars are trailer queens or "show" only. If you build it you might as well race it. Take for example....there is a guy with a very nice 2002 chevy camaro ZL1 supercar, 600 Hp 427(small block $$60,000 engine option alone), 6sp and even has a cage.!! He will race up and down 8th street from stoplight to stoplight but when we ask him to race he laughs.

I worked with Mike and he would never race anything he owns. He owns two yenko novas and a yenko camaro. That 2002 ZL1 he bought is one sweet car!!!

yes thats him, a collector, alot of high end chevy's. Whatever makes him happy, but with 600 hp id be out whipping on some kids!!.., they had to sit through a 1 hour demo when they picked up the car, they were told it "could" run 10.9's if it had traction, but....they were told not to try because it still has the little 7 1/2" 10 bolt rear!!
