i have electric water pump and when i start car coolant pushes out my over fill right away and keeps overfilling . cap isnt suposed to let it by unless it gets a certain pressure right? hope not too much pressure.. i had to cut the fill neck off the radiator and welded that one off and reloacted the fill in line from the thermostat to the radiator. anyone have this happen or know what i should do ?

does it push coolant out with the engine off and the electric pump on??,, if it only pushes the coolant out when you start the engine, i would say it sounds like head gaskets gone bad.

post up some pics of what you changed,, hard to tell what was done by your explanation.

yes it pushes it out with the engine off and just the water pump on. heres the best pic i have for now not sure if u can see it . its a inline T filler. i dont remember having these problems tho with mechanical water pump. could it be something with my thermostat?

Remove the cap an turn on the pump. Tell us what happens, does it flow out any where with the cap off?

Sounds like it could be a few things (bad cap,bad T,out of round not sealing) fitting for over flow not allowing the cap to seal?

only way the coolant can come out the overflow is if the cap is bad or the t is bad.

Dump the holleys, an inject it. That would be cool Two 65mm t/b's and some 36#ers multi-port and foggers next to them!

ive never seen them do more than LOOK COOL,, im not saying that they cant make good power,, just the ones ive seen on the street usually ran better with just a nice single carb setup

even dual throttle body's from a tbi truck and ecm would be cool, and fairly easy to wire up
