Does anyone know why the stock jetting of the two are so different? I know the demons secondary are bigger because of no rear powervalve, but the holley 850 is 80 front and 80 rear, while the demons are 85 front and 93 rear. Five jet sizes for what seem to be basically the same carb seems a little extreme. 93 stock seem pretty large for any 850 to me.

Maybe BG jets are actual orifice size in thousandths? I know the holley jets are not. They are interchangeable thread wise though.

Maybe air bleeds are bigger on the Demon

Many variables that affect jetting.......air bleed sizes, feed restriction sizes, boosters, etc. etc.
