i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 with a 360 in it has 4 wheel abs i have two problems i cant fix. first one is the abs come on when you are stoping at a slow speed and makes it very hard to stop already changed the abs computer and the pump.. and the second ? is the f wheel drive dont work already put on a new acuater and checked the vaccum and it is good. when the shifter is 4 wheel there is no light on and when it is 2 wheel the 4 wheel drive light is on does anyone know anything about these problems. next is DYNOMITE.. thank you

the abs problem is a bad speed sensor, the signal is dropping out at slow speeds and the abs is kicking in because it thinks one of the wheels has locked up/stopped while you are slowing down, you need to get someone to scan the codes and data from the abs module

The slider breaks off in the front diff also, see if it locks in manually with the actuator removed

the vac hoses are on the wrong ports check the connection at the transfercase switch {those are good for failure as well and it might be bad remove the switch and the plunger should move in and out with ease .

Also a bad wheel bearing in front could cause abs problems as well also the rear speed sensor tone ring could have damage and cause abs actuation at low speeds . check all sensor wiring and connections for corrosion and water intrusion
