expensive for the gain. It is worth about .05 . Mike did it then he gave me it this year because he though it sucked! I am not using it.

Draws alot of power .
somers lost a race because of his going out and taking voltage away from his msd. it wasn't even a year old and no street miles on it at all.

Yes but sommers also had block filler in his block. I remember him saying "I hope the block filler doesn't wreck the water pump because they said not to run it when using block filler". Or something along those lines anyway. Electric pumps are nice because they make the engine look cleaner and the parasitic gain is worth it if you are trying to squeeze every ounce of power out of it.
Mark do you want to sell that pump? Pm me please
something let go inside the electric motor on the pump i believe. that shouldn't have anything to do with having block filler i wouldn't think

I like my electric CSI. Use it on the street and at the track, with BARS no leak and Moroso ceramic block sealer. Its been on my engine for 7 years....no problems yet. Draws about 10 amps.....about the same as a electric fan.
Cons..........PRICE. It looks pertty, but its not worth $280 for 10 hp in my opinion.
