Just a couple of questions .
I'm putting together a 14to1 compression engine and I would like to run it on E-85 .
What is the rule of thumb for rejetting to get me in the ball park ?
will I have to advance the ignition timing ? and if so how much more does this set up usually require ? My timing adjusments are limited to only a few degrees {bike engine}
also how redily available is E-85 in the Green Bay area ?
I plan on setting up 2 sets of carbs , E-85 and one set for race gas .
thanks Mike

start about 30% richer, timing would not need to be changed, but e-85 will allow more advance
you can find charts online that give you a good starting jet size based off of your original gasoline jet size(for cars anyways) never looked for cycle carb info
lots of info here:

When I ran my 3 wheeler on E-85 last summer I started at 30% richer than it was stock for gas. It could have used a jet or two bigger but it ran real well, the engine ran nice and cool all summer too. The high compression should be nice with the alcohol.

one more thing, just because you can get a larger jet to fit your carb doesnt mean the carb will flow enough fuel, there may be restrictions from the jet path to the venturi

Also make sure you are not using rubber anywhere in the system. The E85 will eat it and you will have leaks like nobody's business. You will have to switch to a urethane o-rings and seals.
