I was wonderng what TH 350 transmission speedometer gear you need with 4.10 gears and P235 70R rear tires. The car currently has the gray gear and runs about 10mph too high at highway speeds. If possible what is the part number. Thanks, Randy

a pink 7 tooth on the output shaft and a red 21 tooth on the speedo cable should be real close

you can find them on e-bay

Are they hard to change? I was just about to do the same thing.

to change the drive gear you need to remove the tailshaft housing from the trans(drive shaft and 4 bolts), the driven gear is easy and you just need to remove the 1 bolt holding the speedo gear housing to the tailshaft

Thanks, I've got to get the mph accurate, plus the way it is, the car rolls on more miles too. One thing though, having a speedo reading hgh, it keeps the reds from showing up behind me. Thanks again, Randy
