By the way if you're judging performance based on how yours and your friends cars run, to determine what my engines are, in terms of cubes, don't even try because my 2-bolt main 511 ran better than 90% of the 540's and 565's that are still out there running today on horsepower. We found the problem at the end of last week and will have it corrected and be back on the dyno by the end of this week. When it's done it will immediately go in the car and i will gladly show you what it's capable of doing. I'd like to cater to your ego and tell you i've been content with keyboard racing. But the truth of the matter is that we've run into a few snags switching to the new aluminum block, bigger crank, lighter rods, external oil pump, vacuum pump, and all of the other "little" tweaks we've made for this year. You wanna come on here and shoot your mouth off....that's fine. You just better be knockin' on the 7's if you want a piece of my new turd. One thing i've learned in this game is that no matter how big or bad you think you are, there is always someone faster. I've done some homework, though, and know that my little motor from last year ran a tenth quicker than Mr. Big Balls who started this thread...and that was with the fist stage dropping out and the car acting like it had a throttle stop. Best case scenario i will have my engine back Memorial Day weekend. It will take at least 2 weeks to get the car put back together after that, assuming i don't have to do any major modifications. With all the extra plumbing i have to do i don't expect to be at the track until until the 12th or 19th of June.....probably the latter.

That’s the problem with these boards. If we had these conversations in person there would have been a bunch of shit eating grins, smiling, and laughing. It’s easy to have things blown out of context. It appears that some may think I got pissed from my posts…..but nothing is further from the truth. All I did was call out a couple of BBC guys that were talking shit about how fast their cars are.
