Having a strange situation with my clutch, it doesn't slip but if i really get on it and slam gears the pedal doesn't come all the way up. It will stay down about a 1/4 of the way then after a few seconds it will pop up. While driving regularly it will do it sometimes but not as bad as when i beat on it. I replaced the slave when i had the tranny off. Only thing i didn't change would be the master. I feel that the clutch is bleed good and the fluid is fresh.

Anybody have an idea or should i just put a new master on it and see what happens? This car did sit for about 2 years so maybe its got a bad seal in it somewhere.

I have heard of people having similar issues and in most cases it was fixed by relpacing the master cylinder. Did you do the drill mod yet? If you havn't done this yet then it could also be the problem. If you don't know what the drill mod is follow this link to the writeup of how to do it. http://www.installuniversity.com/install_university/index.htm
Just click on install documents and scroll down until you find the transmission section and there should be a writeup on the drill mod and master cylinder instal.

Yeap did the drill mod. I'm gonna pick up a new master this weekend and see if it solves it.

I don't know if it would matter but did your clutch kit come with a spacer for the slave. My new Spec 3+ came with a spacer but when I removed the slave to replace it with a new one there was already a spacer there from the Ram clutch that was in the car.I don't know if the slave overextends with aftermarket clutches or what.

Nope, no spacer. I have the Ram HDX clutch and all it came with was the clutch disc and pressure plate.

Well if the master doesn't fix it and you want to try, i have an extra.

Yes, please hold on to it. I may need it.

Well i changed the master today, what a bitch that is when the engines in!!!! Problem seems to be gone. Only gave it one hard blast 1st thru 3rd and pedal didn't stick, so hopefully problem sloved. I'm still gonna call RAM tomorrow and see if that spacer is required or not.
