Do you need to increase air intake as well as adding more fuel? Meaning will I need bigger air bleeds in addition to increasing the jetting?

actually you want smaller air bleeds to make the carb run richer,
it is all going to depend on how the e85 conversion metering blocks are set up
larger air bleeds=lean
smaller air bleeds=rich
think of it like sucking water up a straw, if you put a tiny hole in the straw that is your air bleed, the larger the hole the less water you can suck up the straw
