No it does not. The master cutoff must be located on the rear of all entries, must break the positive side battery supply to the competition vehicle. It must also be easily identifiable and clearly labeled as to function(push off only). :thumbs_up

WIR told me to put red tape on the end of the wire at the battery so they could easily identify it.
