subscribed threads

When using the quick reply box, it always automatically subscribes me to the thread when I make a post. I don't want to keep getting an email every time. How do I shut this off.

don't use the quick box for now. I'll have to look into it but won't be until sunday probably. I work the next couple days and I have big plans for saturday.:D:

that happed to me....there is a option in your user options..under edit options

Use 'Email Notification' by default

put that to no...i got emails once or twice after that then no more
