If you racing come on over to my group to bs for a lil bit. We've got 7 of us going.

I do believe we're going to be in every event except jump and rolling competitions. For trailers...each of us will have lawnmowers. Mines done up in florescent green and yellow. Make sure to pay close attention to it...there is something very special about it. If any of you are gonna be racing...it might be a good idea to come chat for a few seconds. It is always nice to have a bunch of cars on the track with you that are your "buddies". We'll watch your back if you watch ours.

My group already hauled a few cars there. When you go in the pits we'll be pretty much straight ahead. I hope you called ahead and registered. Last year was a small field where people who didn't register still got in whatever they wanted. But the 3 years before that...if you didn't call before hand...you were lucky to get to race.

Wow...what an awesome night. By far the funnest Eve in a long time.

I got:

2nd in forward/reverse heat

1st in stock car roller derby

would have easily won the doughtnut drag race if i could have remembered to go CLOCKWISE around the barrel. :dum:

5th in forward/backwards championship

3rd in skid car race

2nd in trailer race

Who would have believed that a friggin probe with 173k would last through all that. Believe it or not...she still runs. Suprisingly it was the fastest car there. Man I cant wait till next year. :rockon1: :hehe: :woot:

Definatley was a blast Josh,

Won my fwd/bkwd heat.

Stunk up the fwd/bkwd feature and donut drags.

Wrecked a lot of stuff in the trailer race: could have come out after the last red flag with you guys but had no water left and could barely turn truck so decided to park and come back and fight another day.

Had you lined up a couple times but saw that green and gold lawnmower and layed off:)

haha i deffinetly had a blast racing with you. you got me wayy sideways in the fwd/bkwd feature in turn one. my car absolutly flew going forwards but backwards my car hit its rev limiter at 6k and i could do nothing about it. i still gotta find a place to keep the car till next year.its too good of a car to junk.

It sucks because I had to work and miss the Eve for the first time in years. Sounds like it was a kick ass time. Congrats to all who raced.

Yeah, I watched a vid of the fwd/bkwd race and you had me both coming and going. Although you might not want to try and push a 3/4 ton pickup with a probe. Pretty much won the heat race because when I stood on the gas the truck walked down the track about 10 feet and turned a black pos sideways in front of the rest of the field.

By the way, the skid race looked awsome on vid. If I get a copy in the right format will post(btw my bro won that).

Well sometimes I get brave (or dumb) just like in the stock car roller derby when I decided to try to spin out a suburban. I figured going in reverse is a lil harder in a rwd than a fwd. So I thought maybe if i gave ya a lil tap-aroo, it might get you squirley.
