2001 Honda Elite Pit Bike FS. Make offer.

I have a 2001 Honda Elite SA50 scooter I picked up and was going to use it as a pit bike since it has no title or keys. Its a little rough around the edges for my taste, the right front directonal light is broke out, there are scratches here and there all over but it starts in one kick even in this weather and has 1600 miles on it. I am guessing this was purchsed back from an insurance company at one point but I really have no history on it so it is sold as is.
